How do I know if I ordered a "non-returnable" part?
If you order a non-returnable part from our website, we will notify you by email for acknowledgment before processing the order or obtaining the part from Subaru of America.
Examples of non-returnable items include:
- Pre-painted parts
- Electrical components
- Uncommon or special-order parts
Can I return Touch Up Paint?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Touch Up Paint under any circumstances. Due to the nature of paint products, including potential contamination, spoilage, or incorrect color matching after opening, all sales of Touch Up Paint are considered final.
Please ensure you are selecting the correct paint code before placing your order. If you have questions about choosing the correct Touch Up Paint, we recommend contacting us before completing your purchase.
What if I received my order but no longer want the parts?
Returns must be requested within 14 business days of receiving your order. Electrical parts are not returnable.
If you received and agreed to an email stating the order was non-returnable, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the return. The refund will exclude:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs
- A 20% restocking fee (for accepted returns)
We can assist by issuing a UPS pickup label—just let us know during your return request. This cost will also be deducted from your refund.
All accepted returns must be:
- In original packaging
- Undamaged and unused
- Never installed
Items labeled non-returnable or special-order cannot be returned under any circumstances.
